The project is ai***d at the characterization of outer ***mbra*** ves***les (OMVs) *** the opp***tunist*** pathogen Ps***domonas aerug***osa. Ma*** project steps ***clude the ***nstruction of mutant stra***s with an OMV-releas***g phenotype, characterization of the ves***les by mass spectro***try, and test***g f*** immunogen***ity and protection *** an animal model.

App***cants must h**e a PhD and at least o*** year of postdoc***ral experience with tra******g *** molecular m***robiology. Experience with pathogen*** bacteria, bio***f***mat***s, proteom*** and genom*** data is desir***.
